During my career path at Marriott I´m fully convinced that becomimng a person who really knows how to listen to people will have the power to deal with any kind of sitation and solve it, in the way both parties win and that is what people are looking for in Hotel Services.

Having worked in Dubai some 14 years ago under the guidance and direction of Francisco Giles, I have to honestly admit that he is 10 years ahead of any hotelier that I have worked with in terms of vision, business development and extracting the best from his team. I watched the interview on youtube and was pleased to see that he retains the values that he portrayed back in the mid 90′s. No doubt he may recognise the identity of this message… Best Wishes Francisco and Congrats on the Award!
