Whilst I was DOE at a 5 star hotel in Singapore we had a company called quanta group Pte. Ltd. brought in that reduced our utilities dramatically. With the results and quality of service im sure they are still around and might be worth doing an interview with them for some ideas on going green and reducing the bottom line for the hotel operators that view your site.
