I would like to ask the people who travel and stay at a hotel what do you expect to find in one when you get there?
what are the little things that would make you wanna come back and tell people around you?

Bonjour, je suis étudiante en dernière année de Gestion Hôtelière et en pleine rédaction de mémoire.
Dans le sujet de celui-ce, je cherche à me mettre à la place d’un client qui arriverait pour la première fois dans un hôtel en périphérie, en cherchant à savoir ce qui attirerait mon attention au premier regard, le ou les petites choses qui me feraient aimer cet hôtel au premier abord et qui feraient sa particularité.
Voila si quelqu’un a une opinion, ou si quelqu’un sait où je pourrais faire paraite un sondage…

This is a great site but you dont cover engineering which is an important part of any operation. Whilst I was DOE at a 5 star hotel in Singapore we had a company called quanta group Pte. Ltd. brought in that reduced our utilities dramatically.
With the results and quality of service im sure they are still around and might be worth doing an interview with them for some ideas on going green and reducing the bottom line for the hotel operators that view your site.

Nice article. Although still struggling with the economy, these are great points that may seem obvious at times but many revenue managers shy away from looking for alternates and feel they are strictly discount channels.
