This guest reward thru customer referral program, is a very fundamental sales strategy called &quot;WORD OF MOUTH&quot; selling --as we all sales folks out there know....however as you suggested with a technology twist added by incorporating a CRM solution, it could change the dynamics of how the OTA&#039;s run their channels, and will give them a very healthy competition too.  Hmm...I bet you have got the biz savvy techies working on this idea already. 
Hey I just signed up on the FB group of younghoteliers and really enjoyed the Blooper reel of teh young hotelier you guys have.

Keep up the good work of keeping the fire burning - we need people like you to make this service industry a worthy placce to work in
